Buildings & Grounds
The Water Mill Community Club owns and maintains four
buildings: the Burnett Field House, Historic Community House, Tennis House, and the Carpenter
Building. Each of these buildings is unique and different in
size and are used or rented for many different events. Some of these include
a wonderful pre-school playgroup, Club meetings, church services, community action
groups, family reunions, sports and birthday parties. Additionally the Club's
facilities include soccer and baseball fields, three tennis courts including a tennis
backboard and an enclosed playground for both tots and school-aged children. The fields and buildings are available for rent
to club members or park district members.
