Insurance Policy
All rental agreements must be accompanied by a supplemental insurance
policy naming the Water Mill Community Club as additional insured. If a renter
is unable to provide this through existing insurance, we recommend obtaining a special
events policy through
K&K Insurance
For personal use, we accept copies of Home Owner's insurance.
